Wegen des bevorstehenden Inkrafttre

Wegen des bevorstehenden Inkrafttretens der gesetzlichen Vorschriften zum
sogenannten Basiskonto im neuen Zahlungskontengesetz nehmen wir in Nr. 19 Abs. 5
AGB-Banken eine neue Regelung auf, die den vorrangigen Kündigungsvorschriften jenes
Gesetzes Rechnung trägt.
